I have a feeling the biggest halloween costume of the year is going to be Brandon Flowers Outfit from the music video “Spaceman.”

I have previously stated that I love that video.

AND more so I have commented on this more than rad costume. Which someday even I (a 5′ tall girl) would love to own.

I really think that it has everything to do with the shoulder pads. Or as we should call them… rad pads :)

But why I really think that This is going on is because I get at least 30 searches a week on this page of “brandon flowers spaceman”… or “brandon flowers spaceman costume”

 

which I find very awesome. I emplore you if you dress like this at any time PLEASE send me a picture! I will put them all over here.

Ain’t Got No Love for Lies

I have an issue. I don’t believe in the new trend of organics.

I believe everything that comes from the earth is inherently organic. So some aspect of a tomato is organic, some aspect of cotton is always organic.

What I really don’t get is paying like $7.00 for a small bags of oranges.. because they claim they are organic. (read all the stickers on them… they are not all organic)

favorite things: pink carpet

PINK CARPET: that is preferably badly vacuumed.

Gaze at it and get lost in its pure lusciousness. Dream about its texture. You know you want to. Imagine the most delicious cream couch there and orange accents… you know I am.

This is  a good time to mention this carpet exists in WILDOMAR!!!

The Bombshell

I must tell the  truth.

sometimes at work i listen to Blink 182

This may be scandelous due to my previous Blink 182 beliefs. But I will also say this… I only listen to songs that Mark sings… because I still dislike Tom’s voice, and all that is thereto involved with all his foolishness.

And it’s really only these songs:

“Man Overboard”

“Josie”

“Dammit”

“Feeling this”-which has a lot of Tom.

I feel so much better now… I no longer live this lie.

Favorite things: Wells Fargo in Azusa

I have really always loved this bank.

Not just because i use wells fargo. But because this building has always been one of my favorites in the area I live. I know it’s not the Sears Tower or the Chrysler building… nor was it designed by Franky G, or Santiago C.

But we don’t have those kind of things in the San Gabriel Valley. We have small to medium rise Art Deco buildings… we have farm houses… and we like them. To me there is nothing like the cool deliciousness of the interior of this building (not pictured due to incredible illegalness.) The floor is this dazzling terrazo and all the columns are crafted from beautful marble.

To be a part of the architectural world when there wasn’t leed… must have been marvelous and wasteful.
