Dear Gerard Butler

I am a very girly girl. I like girly romantic comedies, and I also like to watch movies where butts are being kicked all over the place (and possibly in your face, thanks 3D.)
I will admit, these are two very different kinds of films. Sometimes actors mingle at the border of these two genres and boggle my mind.
Sometimes it works out well… and then sometimes, there is Gerard Butler…

Against all of my brain logic I decided to watch “The Ugly Truth” (even though I don’t really like Katherine Heigl) and yes … I wanted to stab my brain until the only thing I could remember was where I live and how much I like 30 Rock. I secretly kept watching hoping that it will get better, and would change my perspective on Katherine Heigl. It didn’t.
Then I started hoping it would turn a little more 300 and Mr. Butler would cut of Katherine Heigl’s head and set the rest of her on fire. But yet again this wish was not granted, and then I wished I had watched nothing at all. Not anything.

As a person who likes Gerard Butler kicking butts and toting weapons, and not being in the Phantom of the Opera, I implore you to read my doodle:

The teaser

I work in an office full of guys, and seeing movie trailers as soon as possible is the most important thing. Last week they had to find the Batman trailer before its Harry Potter debut. And boy did they get excited to see that blurry thing (I found it, btw. 1 point Lauren.)

Did it really matter that it was a Batman trailer? (To me yes. I am not going to be looking for a trailer for a Shia Leboof movie.)
But I digress, as long as something seems exclusive people want in.

In the Middle of the Night

I am up tonight scanning and well scanning. Since I am pretty sure everyone at work is tired of me pouring over hundreds of silly doodles… I have decided to try to give it a go at home. I’m sure I’m irritating everyone because this has me so busy.

By the way I have been looking into my really old doodles and all I can tell you is that I am severely weird.Something about a doodle about dinosaur water? And something about Jimmy not ever cutting his hair so he can become the Rapunzel of Sylmar
And since I have been ignoring this beautiful website…

Working Hard and Stuff

Hey Everyone, and by everyone I mean the 4-6 people who view this bloggity on a regular basis.
Can you notice anything different?
Hint: Look at the address bar.
Yes I have finally made this site and official thang. You can just type in http://www.viciously-sweet.com instead of searching or clicking about to find it. AWESOME!

I am also working on making my book of doodles. Which will be purchased by at least my mother. So that is also exciting.

But don’t worry, I’m not getting to professional. I’m still thinking about what mischief I can be up to today.
Maybe I’ll post more about that later.

Hark, my apathy approaches!

I have been feeling a bit on the apathetic side as of late, and I apologize to anyone I may offend by not especially caring about things…
Don’t worry it’s not just specifically to you. I really like you, I’m just in a funk.
I am in a I’m-stuck-in-the-quietest-office-ever-and-I-have-been-studying-wood-sizing-funk, for the last week… and I think today I have reached the point in my apathetic existence where either 2 things could happen:

1. I could stay like this forever and practically become a character from “Daria”.

2. I can try to be a positive acting 20-something and try to make more excitement by trying new ventures.

I’m going to try for the latter of the 2. I am going to make my doodles into a thing. Yes, purses, a real website… It’s going to be awesome.
I’m working on a whole bunch of prints to make into some really cool stuff… like pillows, and purses, ponchos and things that don’t start with p’s too!

And of course I’m going to keep studying for the ARE’s even though they hate me.

Let’s be silent!

This is one of those moments when you realize as an artist (or constant doodler) that you are entering a new phase of life.
I present this to you from the newest collection of my life “My Office is boring as hell”
Since this is where I totally spend most of my awake hours in life… seriously we need ot liven this up.

This was actually doodled when I thought everyone in the office hated my rostro, but I just found out we’re all really busy and the computer has drained our souls.
